Eashl Crashes While Loading

I’ve tried to load into World of Chel for a week now and the game crashes while loading every time. I can play HUT but not WOC. I’ve tried EA Help but it’s getting no where. Before this started, my EASHL jerseys went back to the stock NHL default jerseys and then after changing them, this all started happening.
