Eashl/Be a pro issues

I cannot select a position in EASHL lobbies. This has been happening to me since NHL23. I was told that clearing my alternate MAC address worked, and it did at first, but it won’t anymore. Every time I join my club it doesn’t let me select a position or even back out to return to the home screen. 

It has now started to happen in be a pro. I can’t select my team when starting a game and get stuck at the load in screen. 

It is my understanding that I’m not the only person with this issue and that it has been happening to many people for YEARS now. This needs to be fixed.
