A regular advisor can fix this for you. It doesn't need to go to a specialist. Please open another case and let them know they need to remove the negative balance from your escrow.
I tried this twice already. The first case was closed and someone marked it as "No Fix". The second case was just left opened with no solution. I've had to do this FOUR TIMES in the last calendar year.
I'm trying to get back into a chat but the option won't show up for me anymore. It only shows up if EA think it requires a chat. What am I supposed to do? This is beyond ridiculous.

Someone fixed it for me, but this seriously needs to get fixed for next year. It’s such an inconvenience. It happens when two people are outbidding each other by 50 coins over and over and the server can’t update the coins fast enough.
Also the only way to trigger the chat option was to sign out of my EA account first. If I’m signed in, the chat option wouldn’t appear because I had already tried it and a ticket was already open. Maybe suggest someone fix that as well.

The glitch isn’t fixed…I currently have this issue with not being able to purchase anything from the auction house. When I attempt to buy anything, I get the attached error message and get sent back to the Home Screen. I have this issue in NHL23 and was hoping it would be fixed in NHL24…guess not.
