The glitch isn’t fixed…I currently have this issue with not being able to purchase anything from the auction house. When I attempt to buy anything, I get the attached error message and get sent back to the Home Screen. I have this issue in NHL23 and was hoping it would be fixed in NHL24…guess not.

The links in this website are terrible. It just takes you in circles. Please have an advisor contact me so this issue can be solved.

The only way to get this resolved is by contacting an advisor. Follow these steps:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select NHL 24
- Choose "See all help topics"
- Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
That will put you in touch with an advisor so they can fix this.
