    Hello, @BBallfanatik81 

    A regular advisor can fix this for you. It doesn't need to go to a specialist. Please open another case and let them know they need to remove the negative balance from your escrow.

The links in this website are terrible. It just takes you in circles. Please have an advisor contact me so this issue can be solved.

    @Passwordsrbs 

    The only way to get this resolved is by contacting an advisor. Follow these steps:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select NHL 24
    3. Choose "See all help topics"
    4. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    5. Click on the option for chat

    That will put you in touch with an advisor so they can fix this.
