Escrow Glitch - Unable to purchase cards on the auction house (for the 3rd time)

I need help with getting my account fixed. I think some point last week I got the negative escrow glitch and now I can't buy cards on the auction house. Case #181400804.
The chat support isn't forwarding my case to the specialized team to get this fixed. Can you help me, please? I'm really getting tired of having to ask EA to fix these game breaking glitches.
FYI, I got wrongfully banned last week and this is just a slap in the face at this point. Please help.

A regular advisor can fix this for you. It doesn't need to go to a specialist. Please open another case and let them know they need to remove the negative balance from your escrow.
