Experiencing Glitching NHL24 Cloud Game For PC

I am experiencing glitching while trying to play NHL24 Cloud Game for PC. I am new to Xbox GamePass Ultimate (On PC only, No Xbox console) NHL24 is included in the GamePass but can only be played on the Cloud, not available to install. The game sometimes works fine and then other times it is extremley glitchy. I tried repairing and restarting the Xbox app, tried playing on browser instead of Xbox App. I closed all background apps. Restarted my laptop, reached out to EA Games & Xbox. EA Games chat seems to think it's a problem with Cloud Servers. Xbox chat with other gamers said that I should follow troubleshooting: (Repair tool, support, reset etc) Others say it seems like a problem with cloud servers so nothing can be done. I am thinking about cancelling my Xbox Ultimate GamePass if cloud games don't work. I have a fast and secure internet connection and my laptop had 16GB RAM. I don't see anywhere in the NHL game where I could change the Settings for Graphics or anything like that. I can't find Streaming Quality settings in the Xbox app. It's possible it's just not going to work no matter what I do. Thought I'd try one last time to see if anyone knows. Thank you for your time.
