Game freezing on start up

NHL 24, PS4. Since the latest update the game gets to the language selection screen and hangs. You can’t select languages and pressing x doesn’t move you on to the game menu. Have tried restarting th...

@JSB2017 Update: I have deleted and reinstalled. It has not fixed the problem. I still can’t get past the language selection screen.
