Game progress between xbox and ps platforms

I have bought ea play on PS5 and xbox ultimate which include ea play, but I dont see my game progress from xbox version in ps5.
How are managed EA account for these providers and also for PC? Every platform is connected to just one EA account, but they behave separately.

Hello @snakex25,

NHL 24 does not have cross progression, so progress can't be transferred between different platforms.
