Gameplay Sliders Resetting

I see this is still a frustrating issue with no fix?

The issue: Franchise mode, Gameplay sliders are not remaining the same game per game. Its aggravating having to start a game, and remember to check the sliders and have to reset the preset every time.

Please fix this or tell me how to fix this.
