This is an issue we're aware of. Unfortunately, we don't have any more planned updates for NHL 24 so this is going to need to wait for a future game to be addressed.

All those updates and you couldn't do bug fix updates. What bugs did you even fix you didn't fix anything? The only thing you actually fixed that I will say right now it is trade request. I noticed that was a fixed but, to be honest, that wasn't much of a bug to begin with. I'd rather have major bugs fixed first then Bugs that are minor. You get stuck on the simulation screen and the game just continues in the background. If you are waiting for the next Game, you better be ready to patch?This game is full of bugs. And also for some reason, my save files don't get saved. I had a save file I was in my third year in the NHL I went back to go play it and it was gone. I was so mad because I worked so hard. I was close to 300 points. And it's all gone down the drain, never to be seen again. I paid money for this game. If this is the way the next game is gonna be, I'm not gonna buy it.
