Has the Threes Arena Bug been fixed?

I’ve beaten a couple teams in Three’s Circuit but have yet to have their arenas unlocked in Threes Now. I’ve only seen one post about this topic with the answer being there is a bug and is being investigated. I understand that, but I’ve have the game since launch and these arenas are still locked. Just curious, has this been addressed yet? Thanks.
