Hey, @CloneWarrior501

In the past, this has been controller related. Have you tried another one? Also, make sure the firmware is up to date. If it's happening on multiple controllers with updated firmware, can you get me a video of it? Just put it up on YouTube and link it in a response. Thanks!

In the forums it doesn’t look like anyone has confirmed it’s a controller issue. I did however check the controllers and it isn’t that. Also the firmware is up to date. What else can we do? She isn’t able to play her game at all ☹️
