Help, can't connect

I'll try and keep it brief but I've been struggling to connect to NHL 24 for a week. I get the network connection issue message yet testing everything works, I can connect to 7 other games server including other EA games. Tried hard resetting everything. All week it's been the same but usually let's me in after ten minutes. This has been an hour though and I'm trying to finish my champs run. 

I'm with virgin in the UK, super reliable and never ever goes down. Apparently there's no issues with the EA servers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I really really don't think it's me
