Hockey ultimate team 24 item inbox making my game crash

@EA_Aljo  The error is there since I made Winter Classic collecteble. They were tim Campbell (bronze player card) with everything at 1 overall but they changes into actual collecteble later that day

Thank you. This is the same issue that is already being investigated. It's good to get another video of this. I've merged these threads together so we can keep track of these better. I'll post an update when I have one.

is it possible to add a “reset stats” in the player stats. So every player starts at 0 games and point?

Hello, everyone. We have a make good planned for this. I don't have an ETA on when it will be received though. 

This is happening to me now with my game crashing I think cause the all star collectable got sent there cause it was Tim Campbell or whatever when opened the pack and closed game it went in there but now can't use inbox please are you able to help

This is happening to me too. I got the tim campbell card and put it in my saved set. Next time I loaded into NHL I had a red 1 above my inbox. When I open the inbox my game crashes. Bummer.  

Right I am hoping can get fixed soon was trying to make a few toty

Yeah same exact thing as me did you have your collectable in your inbox or Tim Campbell if it turned to that like mine did

Hi,

I started experiencing this error today around 16:30 EST.

I go to my inbox and then the game crashes without error back to the XBOX Series X OS.

I suspect it might be related to the Tim Campbell card. A bronze Canucks card i got today, has a rating of one across all attributes.

I had put him in the 10 bronze player turn in pack but it's not there anymore. Suspect it was moved to my inbox as my understanding is that this is just a placeholder for a non-bronze card but I cannot confirm 100%.

I've got TOTY collectables in there that I need so getting this resolved quickly would be awesome.
