Hockey ultimate team 24 item inbox making my game crash

Nhl24 hut keep crashing when i try to open my item inbox please help im on xbox series x everything seem to be working find but as soon as i try to open it , it just crash i try to delete the game iv...

There are instructions here. You can also go to a search engine such as www.google.com or www.bing.com and type in "How do I put a video on YouTube" to get some instructions.

This is happening to me too. I got the tim campbell card and put it in my saved set. Next time I loaded into NHL I had a red 1 above my inbox. When I open the inbox my game crashes. Bummer.
