Hockey ultimate team 24 item inbox making my game crash

Nhl24 hut keep crashing when i try to open my item inbox please help im on xbox series x everything seem to be working find but as soon as i try to open it , it just crash i try to delete the game iv...

Yeah same exact thing as me did you have your collectable in your inbox or Tim Campbell if it turned to that like mine did
