Hockey ultimate team 24 item inbox making my game crash

Nhl24 hut keep crashing when i try to open my item inbox please help im on xbox series x everything seem to be working find but as soon as i try to open it , it just crash i try to delete the game iv...

@EA_Aljo if you have to juste delete all the items in my imbox, i dont care losing 4 power up collecteble. If it can save the issue do it !
