Hockey ultimate team 24 item inbox making my game crash

Nhl24 hut keep crashing when i try to open my item inbox please help im on xbox series x everything seem to be working find but as soon as i try to open it , it just crash i try to delete the game ive try starting a new rooster nothing seen to be working

yea good job whoever fixed the issue, now please remove that glitched card from your database so no other future HUT gamers will experience this BS.

I also am having an issue recieving the All star collectible. There is a tournament that you have to have that collectible in order to compete in. How do I make sure the next time they send the collectible out, it goes to my next gen account HUT and not my old gen account HUT? The deadline is 2 pm CT tomorrow.
