Nhl24 hut keep crashing when i try to open my item inbox please help im on xbox series x everything seem to be working find but as soon as i try to open it , it just crash i try to delete the game ive try starting a new rooster nothing seen to be working
Hey I just had this problem. I won a bid for a toty Linus ullmark but he's now locked in my inbox. I think this is because there's a tim campbell card in my inbox but idk.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Today you issued a pack titled All Star Collectible pack or something like this. It contained a 66 overall bronze Tim Campbell card with card stats of 12 34 56 78 90 and all stats at one. I wanted to see how it would feel to play with such a terrible skater and inserted this player into my lineup on the top line and played a game. Upon the end of that game I clicked play next game and instantly played another game. After the next game I clicked finish game to return to hockey ultimate team menus. My game crashed. Now every time I enter hockey ultimate team I see the splash screen showing the newest advertisement for team of the year. I press X to load menus and the game crashes.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes every time. essentially I can not access my team anymore.
What do you expect to see? A speedy resolution and an adjustment to my timers to obtain the team of the week sets as I am unfairly unable to play and grind the sets out.

I have spent 500$ or maybe even more on this game. Now, upon the release of the most anticipated set of the year the TOTY set, I can't access the game. I am also supposed to compete in a tournament tomorrow for all star game tickets that I likely won't be able to play. The TOTY set is only available for a limited time and now I am, to no fault of my own, unable to play and grind out the sets to get the TOTY cards. This is highly upsetting and frustrating and I would really appreciate someone to help me with this issue and not end up unfairly losing out on these sets because as the timer ticks down I can't access my team.
Please fix that Campbell card issue

Same problem here but I got the good idea to put him in my line up, since then my HUT wont even load. It crash immediately
Me he was in collection but he was moved by the game in inbox
now i have a toty player locked in there
i mean this issue is since launched of toty without a fix yet

The issue has been resolved for me. Got the All Star Collectible, game is not crashing anymore.
