In the past, this has been an issue where someone signed up with the wrong account so the collectible went to a different account. Unfortunately, we can't help with this since we're not supporting it. You'll need to continue to work with Rival.

thanks for the response but they tell me its EA's fault maybe the communications between those 2 is not that good haha
