I see where those coins are. They're stuck in escrow. You'll need to open a case with an advisor and ask them to remove the escrow balance for you. A case can be opened here.

@EA_Aljo Yes i dont know how it's possible but i havent got the coins. Even though the advisor said they removed the escrow. Is there any other place where them could be?
