I completed the Prototype Objective for hits and claimed the reward (random player week 1). My unopened packs show I have one pack (should be the random player week 1) but when I try to access the unopened packs I get a "You have no unopened packs" message.

I have the same issue with Team builder objectives can someone from EA please help with me with this. I created a new topic regarding this yesterday but haven’t heard how to resolve the problem
