Community ManagerI've seen that before and it's always been a controller issue. Make sure you've got the firmware for it updated. If that's not the issue, can you try a different controller?

If this were a bug in the game, we'd be getting far more reports of it. It also has always been resolved by updating the controller or using a new one. Let me know if you change your mind about troubleshooting.
I think the problem is that puck control is set to 0.
people get the game in october 2023 then having trouble with the puck issue

Did you try what I suggested previously?

The problem is that you have the puck control sliders set to 0. If you turn them up you will be able to control the puck. I think the default value is 70.
