i am having trouble with puck control in nhl 24
i have a problem with my game because when i play the game the player is losses the puck everytime

- @mattyb281995 I remember going through something very similar to this last year after playing around with some of the settings, sadly I can't remember which one it was exactly. Have you tried reseting the values back to default see if it still do it?
Was it happening before moving the sliders or only after?
Did you tried what Aljo asked you with trying another controller? all of my controller is fine

In your video you have puck control set to 0. This is way no one can control the puck. Turn it up and they should be able to hang on to it.

He’s not hitting pass I’m not hitting pass either and I’m having the same problem. You didn’t tell him anything for help. I spent a lot of money on this game and I can’t play it because I can’t get the damn puck and nobody will help me

You just have to skate into the puck. If you're instantly passing, most likely, there's an issue with your controller. A good way to test this would be to try using a different controller to see if it still happens. Which control scheme are you using? If you're using Skill Stick or Total Control, try switching to Hybrid as a test. Hybrid using the A/X button to pass. So, if it's an issue with RT/R2, it shouldn't be present in the Hybrid controls.
