You shouldn't need to talk to MS about this since it's your EA account that needs to have the password verified. You'll need to go through those verification questions with an advisor before any changes can be made.
Well I don't understand why I wasn't directed to a page for that rather than have my main email account locked. How do I get in touch with an advisor?
