I need help getting online

I purchased the game last week osuly to play with friends. I have my steam, playstation, and xbox acounts all linked to my EA account...  I get this message... 

"Linked Accounts Found

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account UncleFrosty9 already linked to your EA Account for f9*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.

I used my xbox live account to purchase the game THAT IS LINKED, and for some reason ea deactivated it and a password reset didnt give it back... Im not making a new xbox live account just to play this game.... that would be a bit absurded I could purchase the game on the xbox live account linked to this ea account and ea not be able to resolve this. 

 

please tell me someone has a solution.

    can I change my xbox live username, safely unlink all my other accounts from this ea account, and delete the ea account and start from scratch without making a new xbox account.... will my steam account then be also messed up like this if I do this?.....

    Hello, @unclefrosty9 

    If you delete the EA account or unlink your platform accounts, all content and progress for our games will be lost. What you should do is contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can look into this for you. We can't help with account related issues over Answers HQ.

    I did. It was as if the guy didn't read my issue and copy and pasted a super generic answer... Resetting my password did not work, I said that initially and he in his response sent me a link to reset my password.... 

    I'll try the link you sent me now. Hopefully I get someone who will actually fix the issue

    @unclefrosty9 

    Since the account is disabled, it's going to take assistance from an advisor to get this resolved. They'll need to verify you own the account. Once that happens, they should be able to get this taken care of.
