I need Help, Loading screen stuck NHL 24

Well I am stuck on a white loading screen, I have restarted my PS5, cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled it, tried other accounts(which worked temporarily), loaded up a different game and reloaded ...

Do you have anything plugged into the USB ports on your console? If so, unplug them and try again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
