I have a negative escrow issue on nhl 24 that prevents me from purchasing cards on the market Nobody has helped me through my emails, could you please help me out, thank you! Attached is the screen...
Nobody has followed up after a vague initial reply through the emails with advisors, I'm becoming impatient and this is slowing my progression without being able to buy cards properly as I should, I am able to tell you exactly how/why I have this issue but nobody I've talked to even understands let alone knows what game I'm speaking about somehow, can you please fix this as you have for others aljo
i took a recording but the file type won't upload here, i messaged you. ive since placed a bid for a card and i won the bid and the transaction showed me i won but the coins came back to my account plus the card did not come to me so this is now effecting other players likely

as to the other issue, i've since placed a bid on the same card for 10k less and successfully acquired it, very confused but the video above is the more daunting issue for me
That looks like the negative escrow issue, but your escrow is 0. Unless you play on a different account than the one you're posting on. If that's the case, send me your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID in a private message. I'm also looking in to this, but have never seen this happen before when the escrow is 0.

this is testing my patience, the advisors somehow don't know what i am talking about, then request a verification code, i send it then no response, 8th time now having them respond once and then nothing- youre the only one thats been helpful

i select nhl 24, ps5, show the video and the photo and they think its ea fc???? unbelievable
you're the only person that even can understand what i am talking about this has gone on far too long, is there anyway you can fix it or have someone reach out to me? or give me a phone number, i have selected the proper queries when filing the claim and the advisors have been subpar to say the least- they don't even know what game i'm talking about , 9 different advisors, no fix.
as soon as you updated me last time i created a new one, multiple cases have been started but sure I will try again
