this is my issue above^
as to the other issue, i've since placed a bid on the same card for 10k less and successfully acquired it, very confused but the video above is the more daunting issue for me

Community ManagerThat looks like the negative escrow issue, but your escrow is 0. Unless you play on a different account than the one you're posting on. If that's the case, send me your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID in a private message. I'm also looking in to this, but have never seen this happen before when the escrow is 0.
