So what did you find out regarding the two games i described?
you have the time stamps
you should have the logs or access to them.
this is very much still happening…. Just played a game vs a german player and it felt like my players were stuck in the mud.
graph showed 20ms… i dont have 20 ms to any german server. Why is this graph so incorrect?

Community ManagerWe can't access individual game logs. If you can get video that also shows your ping, I can pass that on to the team.
