Why would they be able to reproduce it in their perfect studio 5,000 km away from me? And why would it matter if they can or can't? The clips exist and the contextual information I provided is what it is. You can't deny it. A doctor can't reproduce a tumor, but surely he can diagnose one in another person. It's clearly a complex networking/coding issue involving some disconnect in server/data transmission.
The fact is I have never heard anything concrete from EA. Not an explanation, not a theory, not a request for information. It's always this 3rd party back and forth, which is really just forth. I'll do this until NHL53 just so you know I'm still here.

The secret is to pretend it's not actually a MASSIVE issue across all games. The extra big secret is to pretend it's not an issue across different continents, which points to something intrinsic to EA coding.
