Issues When Navigating Menus

At this point I quite literally think you guys should take a year off working on the gameplay and figure out how to make a menu work. The current menu has to be the worst in modern gaming. It's quite frankly shocking this comes from a triple A developer. Some issues this includes are(but not limited too, feel free to share some experiences of your own in the comments)

-Infinite "Cancelling search" in world of chel

-Infinitely stuck in menu after reporting name

-App crashing after an hour of creating a new team, losing all progress

-Truly shocking load times, several minutes to even load into world of chel

-Unable to ready up after changing loadouts in World of Chel

- Constant Unexpected Matchmaking errors that boot to main menu

-App crashing when downloading or applying community rosters

-App crashing when changing powerplay formation in Franchise

Edit: Moved thread to the technical issues forum and changes the subject to better reflect the content of the post. -CM

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Hey there, @HighTmatthew

I agree the menus can be slow. However, what you're reporting sounds like it could be connection related. What console are you on and is a wired or wireless connection being used? Also, is your ISP AT&T by chance?

@EA_Aljo I have Bell fibre 1GB speeds, wired, so I don't think it was connection based. Once I am in game, it is seamless with consistent low ping.
