Load failed corrupt profile

Hello I recieve the following message when I try to loaded NHL 24.

LOAD FAILED

Your profile could not be loaded because it is corrupt.  If you choose to create a new profile then it will overwrite the corrupt profile. 

I contacted EAHelp chat and explained to them also.

Can anybody help me please?

    Creating a new profile is advised as corrupt files are not retrievable.

    But this would mean losing 9 months of HUT team building. I collected mainly 95-99 OVR  cards. How do I retrieve them for my new account?

    @Cimon777 

    Your HUT is saved on our servers. You won't lose any of it by doing this.
