missing pre order content NHL 24

Hi, 

Upon logging into Hockey Ultimate Team I did not receive any of the pre order bonuses which should have been included with the game. I purchased the X factor edition prior to the launch of the game and I should have received 4400 HUT points, the Cale Makar training camp item and Power Up Icon choice pack. I was able to access the game in the 3 day pre order period but never received any of the bonuses. I have spoken to several people through EA Help and there has been no resolution to this issue. I was most recently advised to ask this question in HQ. I am very disappointed in this as I spent extra money on the game for no benefit.
