Missing X-Factor Edition NHL Points

I have emailed you guys twice about this with no response. I never received my HUT NHL Points that are supposed to come with the x-factor edition. Who do I need to speak with to get my NHL points? The game has been out six months and I still have nothing and I’m getting tired of sending these emails with no response when I paid for the more expensive version specifically for this reason. Now support won’t even let me send emails. 

The issue I believe is that the Microsoft account I used to purchase the game was attached to an EA account that has been suspended/banned. I emailed support about the ban to try to get this fixed with no response. The email address from that banned account is now attached to my new account so I think maybe they had a hard time fixing it or something. I need someone to help me fix/unify these multiple accounts into my current account so I can get the stuff I paid for.
