Need answers please

Having similar issue we won the elite cup and I have pictures of us winning it attached here but no banner and no patches for our jerseys also it says we're ranked 1,387 with record 24-8-3 AND played all of them  but there is clubs ahead of us in ranking with records of 0-4-0 and 25% DNF  we were ranked like 8 overall then we lost 4 and it's been stuck at 1,387 rank ever since and we won like 8 more after that and no rank change
