i still am not able to play online in NHL 24 even tho i can in every other game, ea help has been useless as none of their steps solved the issue, missing out on players due to this, anyone have a fix? (im not an at&t customer)

Keep getting a network connection issue when trying to go online nhl 24 was working fine and then out of no where get kicked to main menu and has been like that for three hrs. I’ve done all the steps but don’t work

Seems like from what I've found so far is its a internet provider issue. People woth shaw (me) and at+t in the states are seeming to be the ones with this issue

I was playing Nhl 24 hockey ultimate team on the ps5, and was editing my team. I went to back out and the save changes button wouldn't work then i got kicked out to a network connection issue alert message. I've tried for several hours to get back in and it won't let me. I can play other games online so i know it's not an internet connection issue. It has been over 12 hours, if anyone has a fix or knows how i can get help please let me know.
Since 6:00pm yesterday(December 8, 2023) I've been receiving Network connection issue saying I'm unable to connect to ea servers...however I can play other ea games....I've deleted game, unlinked account and still does not work.

Have tried all the trouble shooting restart, restart the wifi. Safe mode the PS5. Tried different server connections nothing had worked
Cannot connect to EA servers. Nhl 24. Internet is hard wired. All other games working. Restarted everything multiple times. EA servers and PSN all working apparently. Please advise
