Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, as a test, can you try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? This will help narrow down where the issue is.

      Are you using your normal connection or is it working through the mobile hotspot? The hotspot is just a test and not intended to be a permanent solution.
