NHL 24 ban email received but EA Help says No Restrictions

Help! When I log into NHL 24 i am seeing the below image. I chatted with EA Help and they are stating there are no restrictions on my account and this is a bug issue. They advised me to post here ...

I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You'll need to submit a dispute with Terms of Service. Those instructions are in the article here.

I did that and they recommended I post in the forums as they are now stating its a "bug" issue, not a ban.
