NHL 24 ban

So I got banned for my club name which I find unfair. How come my entire account gets banned because of one game this is why EA is a * joke, I can’t even play battlefront because of an nhl club name that is completely ridiculous and unfair all you had to was just remove the club name and that’s it there’s no reason for a ban which doesn’t tell me how long I’m banned for so I would like to know how long am I banned for is it permanent or temporary because if it’s permanently that is straight up * this is the second time I’ve been suspended first time was because my friend reported me trying to be funny so with that being said I find this ban completely unfair and to everyone else’s club name that’s been banned it’s unfair all you have to do is just remove the club tf u ban people for over a club name and there’s people with worse club names then [Edit - EA_Barry]
