NHL 24 CHEL Club Bag Rewards Lost

Hello,

I have been directed here by EA HELP following a number of support tickets. Back on the 15th of June, I received and opened a CHEL Clubs Bag for my club and the rewards failed to transfer to my inventory after leaving the screen. The Advisor confirmed that the issue had been fixed by the team, but that I should post here because I have yet to receive the rewards I received and did not transfer properly into my customization inventory. While I normally would not have cared, one of the logos I received was one I had been grinding for for some time; thus it was borderline heartbreaking. 

The logo was for me hometown ECHL team, so of all rewards for that to happen to it stung particularly bad.
