@EA_Aljo This happens on both my Xbox series X and Xbox series S but I play the Xbox one version of the game.
how exactly do I reset all of my player stuff? Do I just have to manually default it back to the originals and save it?

Yes. It would be manual. Before doing that though, I just want to make sure you have power cycled your modem/router. You mention factory resetting your console so that would have power cycled it, but this also needs to be done for your network equipment.
Something else to test first is to see if you can connect over a mobile hotspot. This would help narrow down what could be causing this.
