NHL 24 crashing when loading into WOC game

For the past month or so, often when I load into a WOC game, the loading bar gets about halfway, music stops, and the game dashboards me. It’s not an internet problem. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalle...

@EA_Aljo yes I have power cycled my network equipment too. I am hardwired in to both of my Xbox’s. No other games have this issue. The game is crashing. It doesn’t seem to be a network issue but rather a stability issue with the game itself. I also don’t have a hotspot to try

Are you using a custom gamerpic? If so, try switching to a default one. Also, change up your customizations as I mentioned previously. One other thing we've seen an issue with occasionally is if you have the A or C. Try removing that as well.

    @EA_Aljo Like a custom Xbox profile picture you mean?

    funny you should say this because the guys getting dashboarded the most wear an A or a C

      Yes. The image for your gamertag. 

      We've seen an issue in the past where the C and A can cause a crash, unfortunately.
