Nhl 24 crashing xbox 1

I have only been able to play 2 games so far. Everytime I continue my season the game crashes back to my login page. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the issue continues. I want this f...

i was mid game i. SB and game just crashed for no reason, resulting in loss. this has happened twice in a week. Cost me my rewards, and obviously $1000 coins if I wanna replay.

xbox one squad battles @ 5:20pm today. @EA_Aljo i have video of the last one if you want me to send link via direct message.

Did the game crash to the dashboard or did you receive a disconnect notice?

    Disconnection notice on one, first time it just quit to my Xbox home page like the game was quit manually

      That sounds like a disconnect and not a crash. How often is it happening? Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
