NHL 24 HUT rewards not transfering from inbox to team
After completing the play 30 hut rush games objective I received a 78 overall Ales Hemsky. I claimed the card from the inbox but it did not arrive in my collection.
Likewise I completed the Gordie Howe moment and received a power up collectible. After sending it to my collection it did not appear. Anyone else having these issues. I have contacted EA and they are working to see if this is an individual problem or a larger concern...

Try exiting out of HUT and loading back in to it. Then, view your collection and search for both those items. If they are still missing, a case will need to be opened with an advisor here so they can look in to it. Thanks!
