NHl 24 Online Versus Play Bad Connection

Ive exercised every single option with my ISP, opened all ports on my PS5 that I am aware of, hard wired LAN, but continue to have games lose connectivity before opening faceoff and it happens 9/10 t...

You're not playing on our servers. Either you or your opponent are the host (server) for the game. Also, if your opponent is hosting and they have a bad connection, you're going to feel that as well. Do you ever play modes on dedicated servers like WoC or HUT? If so, do you have any connection issues there? That would be a good test so that we can narrow this down to a P2P issue.

      @EA_Aljo I understand. We'll just have to deal with it sometimes... Just like all the mistakes we encounter in NHL24. Anyway, thank you for your quick reply
