nhl 24 roster glitch
hello have nhl 24 for xbox series x.the game keeps shuting off/ down on me in season mode when i go to change anyone player on the rosters.i have downloaded the ea roster updates and not downloaded community rosters. after i have updated my rosters myself i go to start game and a blank sceen shows up and it takes me back to my xbox home screen.iv unistalled reinstalled clear cache deleted old save files rebooted router, rebooted system can even count how many times i have done that.. started over fresh again and it does the same thing. now if i dont go and touch any rosters the game plays. ea this has been going on for the last month,i actually stop playing the game due to this,but decided to give it anoother shot,but same old same old. tell me what the problem is,because this game has a major bug.it's not the consoles it 's the game.will it be fixed? and what is the problem causing this everytime? come on ea REALLY!! help me fix this.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
When you go to delete that file, you'll be given the option to delete from your console or from everywhere. Deleting from everywhere will delete it from the cloud. So, you may need to do that if that save is corrupt. I would suggest deleting from your console first and seeing if that works.
