NHL 24 Xbox

I synced my xbox one NHL 24 account with my xbox series X NHL 24 account, and one of my players did not get transferred. Can I re-sync my accounts, or get the player added? He was easily my highest rated and most valuable card and I would like him back in the account.

    That would be why then. Items in the auction house would not be migrated.

    Was this player in the active lineup when you migrated your team?

  • No, it was in the auction house but it did not get sold.

  • Ok, can I get that card or the coins or NHL points I would've gotten from it added to my account? I spent money getting that card and now it is gone.

    @ascs81 

    Unfortunately, we can't do that as it's detailed in the migration FAQ that only items in your current lineup will be moved over.
