NHL HUT NOT RECORDING MY WINS

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I just started playing NHL 2025, I started my HUT team and I won 2 out of the 3 games and when I check my record it says I'm 0-3. I never quit early on the games, I waited until it was done then quit the game when it was time.&nbsp;This has been a first frustrating experience as I can't level up when I don't win and your system is glitching out.&nbsp;I would appreciate any help for this, thanks.&nbsp;Jeremy&nbsp;

Is this happening across all modes in HUT?

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
